Last Sunday I taught a wonderful group of people at Combe Farm, Axmouth, Devon. It was a scorcher of a day, and we spent a leisurely three hours walking, talking and gathering. Then back to the kitchen we went to prepare an array of wild dishes. Below is a video slideshow of the day… enjoy!
