Enteromorpha (Green Nori)

Enteromorpha is a tasty green seaweed that is low in iron and contains good amounts of trace elements.

You can eat it raw, cooked or dried. To dry, follow the same instructions for drying dulse here.

Stu: Laver is what is traditionally used for sushi sheets.
