This time of year I just have the black seeds. What culinary use would you suggest? Love the sounds, very soothing.
There was a forager on Countryfile this morning who ground them up and used them as a spice in a pilaf made from quinoa and wild leaves.
I often have trouble identifying plants you talk about. Please could you put up several clear photos as I’m new to all this but very keen ? Thank you ?? for sharing all your knowledge and wisdom im loving learning about plants.
