I was intrigued. So I phoned her up for a chat.
Erin lives on a narrow-boat just outside Bristol. She is surrounded by wild plants, and the plants have, naturally, influenced her art.
Wild food became part of her life some years back. Through her creations, she aims to inspire people to ‘eat wild’ on a regular basis.
To start slow and steady. To craft simple, delicious recipes that help us restore the vital connection to wildness.
To help us deepen our feelings to the landscape and the wild edible plants we come across on our journey through life.
Her art comes from living simply, which is reflected in this delightful poster.
This is a unique, one-of-a-kind gift. Something to treasure while educating you at the same time.
It makes the perfect Christmas gift for foraging friends and family members.
I hope you feel moved to support her work. Creative independent artists are needed now, more than ever, in our homogenous culture.
