Thank you so much Robin. Wonderful to hear your voice, your wisdom and sage advice, including the excellent links to trustworthy sources of information etc. I’ve followed you for years now, been on various foraging forays, and feel tremendous sorrow that you are currently unable to do these amazing, mind-body-soul nourishing courses. I hope they resume ASAP. In the meantime, sending all best wishes and joyful being to you. Louise
Fabulous, thank you. We need to take a grip on ourselves and enforce mindfulness. It’s not easy, I know, from my own experience…but once you ‘get it’ and take control of yourself…it is so rewarding on our mental well being.
Thankyou for your wise words.
Wishing you peace and love.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and wisdom. I am enjoying reading your book at bedtime when it relaxes my mind and makes me think of how we have evolved to understand and benefit (from) our environment.
Thank you for your words of wisdom Robin, mindfulness and doing the inner work is the pathway to a peaceful and beautiful life I think.
