Loved the hawthorn video, so much information in just a very few minutes! Here in Australia I don’t know anyone who uses it, except for a few who nibble on the ‘bread and cheese’ (young leaves). I’ve taken cuttings from some very old hedges (relatively speaking) this year. We can only get the pink cultivated variety in nurseries and I want the original for food and because of its history and associations. Fingers crossed that I get a few of these magical trees…
