I’m Robin Harford – ethnobotanical researcher, professional forager, and founder of Eatweeds, the UK’s leading wild food and foraging education platform.

I’ve spent more than a decade foraging for my daily meals, living seasonally and following the plants around Britain and Ireland.

That lived experience is the foundation of everything I publish here.

Based in Devon, I teach beginners and experienced foragers alike through field courses, online learning, and reference materials that cover the breadth of wild food growing across Britain.
