Buttered Sea Sandwort

Sea Sandwort is a scrummy little green that I like to serve on its own. I have heard it goes well in soups and broths etc. Use Sea Sandwort as a replacement to peas and other tabletop greens etc.

Sea Sandwort Recipe Ingredients

  • Handfuls of Sea Sandwort
  • Butter
  • Black Pepper
  • Water

Sea Sandwort Recipe Instructions

  1. Boil Sea Sandwort for between 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Melt some butter, and season with cracked black pepper, then drizzle over the Sea Sandwort and serve immediately.
