I was originally going to cannelloni beans, only to realise that I didn’t have any in my cupboard. The haricot beans worked really well.
Wild Mustard Sauce Ingredients
- 400g tin of organic haricot beans (include the water they came in)
- 2tbsp koji miso
- 20g young wild mustard leaves
- Organic coconut sugar to taste
- Add water if too thick
Wild Mustard Sauce Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, serve cold.
