Enough is a practice

Practise receiving the gifts from the living world without trying to extract more than you need.

It is tempting to take the whole patch and to treat gluts as a justification for excess. This is the extractive thinking that must be countered.

A restrained approach to the living world, cultivates a relational sensitivity that over time transforms how you engage with every kind of resource, not just wild food.

What would it feel like to take only what you need for today without the desire to hoard and grasp?

What if you practise this attentive way of living in all areas of your life?
